This document sets out Bitsky.bet’s rules governing cashouts, redemptions, and platform-specific gameplay. It is divided into two parts: Prize Redemption & Account Ruless (governing Sweep Coin redemption generally) and Partner Platform Rules (governing redemption of winnings from supported third-party Platform Games; in the event of any conflict between the two, the Platform Rules govern solely with respect to Platform Games). Both Parts are incorporated into, and should be read together with, the Terms and Conditions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Rules is subject to the dispute-resolution provisions of the Terms and Conditions, including the requirement of individual binding arbitration and the waiver of class actions, as described in Section 5 of the Terms and Conditions. Prize Redemption & Account Rules
1. Prize Redemption
1.1 Minimum Redemption Requirements
Players must:
Complete all required identity (KYC) and address verification.
Redeem prizes only to an account they personally own.
Requests that do not meet these requirements may be denied.
Note: The maximum prize redemption for eligible prize value generated from promotional credits or bonus plays, where no initial Gold Coin package purchase has been made, is limited to 25 SC. Any redeemable SC balance exceeding this amount at the time of redemption will be forfeited, subject to the applicable Terms and Official Sweepstakes Rules.
1.2 How Sweeps Coins Work
a) Unplayed Sweeps Coins
Must be used in at least one eligible sweepstakes game.
Cannot be redeemed before satisfying the applicable gameplay requirement.
b) Redeemable Sweeps Coins
Generated through eligible gameplay.
May be eligible for prize redemption.
c) Gold Coins
Gold Coins are for entertainment purposes only.
Gold Coins have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for prizes.
1.3 Redemption Limits
a) Standard and VIP Tier Limits
Iron – Gold: Maximum redemption limit of $2,500
Platinum – Sapphire: Maximum redemption limit of $5,000
Emerald: Maximum redemption limit of $7,500
Redemption limit increases above $7,500 are not guaranteed and are available only to players who meet the following criteria:
Maintain an active account in good standing.
Demonstrate a consistent Gold Coin package purchase and gameplay history.
Have no history of violations, abuse, or fraudulent activity.
All requests remain subject to final review and approval by Bitsky management.
b) Florida Limit
Maximum value of an eligible prize from any individual game outcome: $5,000.
Eligible prize value above this limit will be reduced to $5,000.
c) Excess Amount Handling
Amounts exceeding applicable limits may be:

1.4 How to Redeem a Prize
Players must:
Log in to Bitsky.bet.
Navigate to Redeem.
Choose an available redemption method.
Enter the requested redemption amount.
Upload documents if requested.
Confirm redemption details.
Submit the request.
The redemption request will then enter the verification queue.
1.5 Processing Times
Bitsky aims to process prize redemption requests within 8 hours.
Processing may take up to 1 business day depending on:
Verification requirements
Redemption method
Banking or crypto network processing
Request volume
Crypto prize redemptions may process faster.
Bank/card prize redemptions may require 1–3 business days.
1.6 Why a Redemption May Be Delayed or Denied
Redemption requests may be paused or rejected if:
KYC cannot be verified.
The participant attempts to redeem unplayed SC.
The redemption account belongs to another person.
Suspicious or duplicate accounts are detected.
Required documents are missing.
SC were obtained improperly.
The participant is located in a restricted state.
The account has compliance flags.
Depending on the severity of the issue, account closure may occur.
1.7 Important Notes
Sweeps Coins are not currency and have no direct monetary value.
SC and eligible prizes are non-transferable.
Bitsky may request additional verification at any time.
Redemption requests cannot be reversed after processing.
Attempts to bypass applicable rules may result in account restrictions or closure.
1.8 Finality of Prizes
A prize is officially awarded only when:
The review process is complete.
All verification requirements have been satisfied.
The applicable prize redemption has been successfully issued.
Bitsky's decisions regarding eligibility and prize redemption are final and binding, subject to applicable law and the Official Sweepstakes Rules.
2. Eligibility to Participate in Contests and Free Game of Chance Promotions
2.1 Excluded Jurisdictions
Entertainment games and promotional games are available only to participants who satisfy the applicable age, geographic, and eligibility requirements stated in the rules for the applicable game or promotion.
No-prize entertainment games and promotional games are available only to eligible participants residing in and participating from the United States, excluding restricted states.
2.2 Other Terms of Eligibility
2.2.1 Age Restrictions
Regardless of whether a participant has made a Gold Coin package purchase, no eligible prize from a promotional game will be awarded to an individual younger than eighteen (18) years of age.
This also applies to participants located in excluded states or jurisdictions where awarding a prize based on promotional game results is prohibited or restricted.
2.2.2 Account Ownership
To be eligible to receive a prize, each entrant must be the registered owner of the email address associated with the participant's Bitsky account.
Participation using an email address that does not belong to the participant is void.
In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of a winner, the winner will be considered the person in whose name the applicable email account was registered.
Email confirmation may be required during registration.
2.2.3 KYC and Verification
Participants may be required to complete KYC verification when purchasing eligible Gold Coin packages that include promotional Sweeps Coins.
Verification may include:
Name
Address
Date of birth
OFAC screening
Participants must ensure their information matches their government-issued identification and that their registered address is current.
If verification cannot be completed electronically, additional documentation may be requested.
Bitsky Customer Support is available for assistance.
2.2.4 Ineligible Persons
Employees, agents, content providers, advertisers, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible to participate.
2.2.5 Legal Restrictions
Participation is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Applicable federal, state, and local laws apply.
2.2.6 Right to Disqualify
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify or restrict any participant who fails to comply with this Agreement.
2.2.7 No Refund Policy
By accepting the Terms of Use & Service Agreement, participants acknowledge that applicable Gold Coin package purchases are subject to Bitsky's stated refund policy.
2.2.8 Grounds for Disqualification
Participants may be disqualified or restricted for:
Misrepresenting eligibility.
Attempting to impair website functionality.
Using proxies or other methods to bypass geographic restrictions.
Attempting fraud.
Failing to provide requested eligibility documentation within 30 days.
Misusing platform communication features.
Using multiple accounts or email addresses in violation of the rules.
Engaging in conduct inconsistent with game integrity or Sponsor requirements.
2.3 Promotional Free Plays
2.3.1 Issuance of Free Plays
From time to time, the Sponsor may credit eligible participants with Free Plays as:
A standalone promotional award; or
Part of, or in substitution for, prizes from tournaments, prize drops, missions, bonus wheels, or other promotional mechanics.
2.3.2 Game Designation
The Sponsor may:
Designate specific game titles for Free Plays.
Establish the applicable play level.
2.3.3 Maximum Eligible Prize Value
Unless otherwise stated, the Sponsor may establish or adjust a maximum aggregate eligible prize value generated through Free Plays.
Eligible prize value exceeding the applicable limit will not be credited.
2.3.4 Rule Compliance
All applicable SC Game Rules, verification requirements, and eligibility requirements apply to Free Plays.
Misuse, transfer, or trading of Free Plays may result in forfeiture and account suspension or closure.
3. Play Limits & Account Compliance
Maximum and minimum play limits are determined by the participant's Total Purchase Amount.
Participants must follow the applicable play ranges associated with their purchase level.
Maximum play limits are:
Under 500 Purchase: Play amount up to 49
500 Purchase: Play amount up to 99
1,000 Purchase: Play amount up to 199
2,000 Purchase: Play amount up to 299
3.1 Rules
Participants may play only within the limits of their applicable tier.
Attempts to exceed the applicable play limit may result in the account being automatically Soft Banned.
If this occurs, the account may be temporarily restricted from gameplay until the account has been reviewed.
4. Bonus Abuse & Redemption Policy
Bitsky is committed to providing a fair and enjoyable experience for participants.
To protect the integrity of the platform, Bitsky may monitor gameplay patterns that may indicate bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional offers.
4.1 Gameplay Requirement
SC associated with eligible Gold Coin package purchases require a minimum one-time gameplay requirement before becoming eligible for redemption.
Satisfying the gameplay requirement alone does not automatically qualify an SC balance or eligible prize for redemption.
4.2 Bonus SC and Eligible Game Restrictions
For purposes of these Sweepstakes Rules, “Bonus SC” means Sweeps Coins specifically designated by Bitsky as promotional or bonus Sweeps Coins and that may be subject to additional promotional, gameplay, or redemption conditions.
4.2.1 Eligible Games and Platform Game Restrictions
Bonus SC may only be used on games designated by Bitsky as Eligible Games.
Bonus SC may not be used on Platform Games or other games designated by Bitsky as Excluded Games. Platform Games are not eligible for Bonus SC gameplay, and gameplay on Platform Games does not count toward any applicable Bonus SC qualifying gameplay or redemption-eligibility requirement.
In addition to Platform Games, Bonus SC may not be used on the following Excluded Games:

4.2.2 Effect on Gameplay and Redemption Eligibility
Gameplay using Bonus SC on a Platform Game or any other Excluded Game does not satisfy any applicable qualifying gameplay or redemption-eligibility requirement associated with the Bonus SC.
Where technically supported, the Platform may prevent Bonus SC from being used on Platform Games or Excluded Games.
If Bonus SC is accepted on a Platform Game or Excluded Game because of a technical or system error, such gameplay will not count toward the applicable qualifying gameplay requirement.
The Bonus SC and any eligible prize value generated from such Bonus SC gameplay will remain subject to the applicable promotion terms and redemption requirements until those requirements have been satisfied through Eligible Games.
4.2.3 Promotion-Specific Restrictions
Individual promotions may include additional Eligible Game requirements, excluded games, expiration periods, or other conditions.
Where additional restrictions apply, they will be disclosed in the applicable promotion terms.
4.2.4 Changes to Eligible and Excluded Games
Bitsky may add or remove games from its Eligible Game or Excluded Game lists based on game availability, game mechanics, provider requirements, promotional integrity, or compliance considerations.
Any material change will apply prospectively from the effective date of the updated Sweepstakes Rules or applicable promotion terms.
4.2.5 No Purchase Necessary
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE OR WIN.
Nothing in this Section changes the no-purchase-necessary methods of participating in the Bitsky sweepstakes described elsewhere in these Sweepstakes Rules.
The restrictions in this Section apply only to the use of Bonus SC, qualifying gameplay requirements, and applicable redemption conditions associated with those Bonus SC
5. Updated Redemption Eligibility Requirement
5.1 Additional Requirement
In addition to satisfying applicable gameplay requirements, participants who purchase Gold Coin packages offered at discounts greater than 20% must achieve an eligible SC balance equal to at least two (2) times the value of the SC associated with the qualifying package before a redemption request becomes eligible for processing.
5.2 Example
SC associated with qualifying package: 100 SC
Minimum eligible balance required for redemption review: 200 SC or greater
5.3 Non-Compliance
Participants who do not satisfy this requirement may have their redemption requests declined.
Applicable balances may be returned as non-redeemable SC for additional qualifying gameplay, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
6. Our Right to Refuse Service
6.1 Platform Protection
As provided in the Terms and Conditions, Bitsky reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity, refuse service, reject redemption requests, and take other permitted actions necessary to protect the platform, its promotions, and participants.
7. Player Agreement
7.1 Acknowledgement
By creating an account and using Bitsky's services, participants acknowledge and agree to comply with these rules and applicable updates to the Terms and Conditions.
7.2 Our Commitment
Our objective is not to restrict legitimate prize recipients.
Bitsky seeks to ensure that its promotions, gameplay systems, and prize redemption process are used as intended and remain fair and sustainable for participants.
Legal Notice
ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR COMPROMISE THE LEGITIMATE CONDUCT OF ANY GAME OR PROMOTION MAY VIOLATE CIVIL OR CRIMINAL LAW.
THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES, INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES AND COSTS, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION WHERE APPLICABLE.
SWEEPS COINS, PROMOTIONAL ENTITLEMENTS, ELIGIBLE PRIZES, AND USER ACCOUNTS MAY NOT BE TRANSFERRED FROM PERSON TO PERSON.
ANY ATTEMPTED TRANSFER MAY RESULT IN ACCOUNT TERMINATION.
Partner Platform Rules
1. Maximum Prize - $2,500
A maximum prize limit of $2,500 equivalent applies per partner platform for the applicable play period.
The applicable play period, prize limit, and any other material restrictions will be disclosed before participation begins and will not be applied retroactively.
Once the maximum prize limit is reached, additional gameplay on that partner platform will not increase the participant's redeemable prize value for that applicable play period.
Players should stop playing and contact Customer Support to request a balance review upon reaching the applicable limit.
All prize limits are subject to the Official Sweepstakes Rules and applicable law.
2. Minimum Redemption - $50
The minimum redemption amount is $50 equivalent in eligible Sweeps Coins (SC).
Redemption requests are subject to account eligibility, identity verification, security review, the Official Sweepstakes Rules, and applicable law.
No purchase or payment is required to redeem an otherwise eligible sweepstakes prize.
3. Maximum Redemption - VIP Tier
Maximum redemption processing amounts depend on the participant's current VIP tier and the published VIP schedule:
Iron – Silver: up to $1,500
Gold – Platinum: up to $2,000
Sapphire – Emerald: up to $2,500
Eligible redeemable balances above the applicable processing limit will remain available for subsequent eligible redemption requests, subject to the Official Sweepstakes Rules and applicable redemption requirements.
VIP tier status does not affect a participant's ability to redeem an otherwise eligible sweepstakes prize in accordance with the Official Sweepstakes Rules.
4. Inactive Partner-Platform Balances
If there is no account activity for 10 consecutive days, certain promotional credits, bonus points, or partner-platform balances, including winnings generated from those promotional or bonus balances, may expire or be removed before the participant resumes gameplay, where such conditions are disclosed in the applicable promotion terms.
No purchase or payment is required to reactivate a Bitsky account or to redeem an otherwise eligible sweepstakes prize.
Eligible Sweeps Coins and valid redeemable prizes will not be forfeited solely because a participant has not made a purchase.
Participants returning after 10 or more consecutive days of inactivity should contact Customer Support for assistance reviewing their account and eligible balances before resuming gameplay.
5. Promotional and Bonus Points
Promotional points, bonus points, Gold Coins, partner-platform points, and Sweeps Coins may be subject to different terms, restrictions, and redemption eligibility requirements.
Promotional or bonus points designated as non-redeemable cannot be directly redeemed for cash prizes or converted into redeemable Sweeps Coins unless expressly permitted under the applicable promotion terms.
Certain promotional or bonus points may not be used for deposits or transfers to partner-platform games.
Eligible Sweeps Coins obtained through an authorized free method of entry, including the Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE), remain subject to the Official Sweepstakes Rules and applicable redemption requirements.
No purchase or payment is necessary to participate in or win a sweepstakes promotion.
6. Game Errors and Malfunctions
If you encounter a game malfunction, incorrect balance, interrupted game session, or other suspected technical issue, stop playing immediately and contact Customer Support.
Where available, provide:
Partner-platform or game name
Approximate date and time of the incident
Description of the issue
Relevant screenshots or supporting information
Affected transactions may be temporarily suspended while the applicable game and transaction records are reviewed. Credits, balances, or winnings confirmed to have resulted from a technical malfunction, processing error, or incorrect game result may be corrected or voided to the extent permitted by the Official Sweepstakes Rules and applicable law. Valid and unaffected eligible balances will remain available. Participants may request an explanation and review of any balance adjustment.
7. Partner-Platform Access
Participants should use only official applications, links, or access methods provided or approved by Bitsky.
If a partner-platform game does not function properly through the Bitsky website or an approved access method, stop playing and contact Customer Support for assistance or an approved alternative access method.
Partner platforms and third-party services may occasionally experience interruptions, maintenance, connectivity issues, or technical errors. Using an approved external application or alternative access method does not eliminate these risks.
Participants should not access their accounts through unauthorized third-party applications, websites, or services.
8. Eligibility and Applicable Rules

Free methods of obtaining eligible Sweeps Coins, including the applicable Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE), are described in the Official Sweepstakes Rules.
Participation and redemption are subject to eligibility requirements, account verification, geographic restrictions, the Official Sweepstakes Rules, applicable promotional terms, and applicable law.
These Partner Platform Rules are intended to supplement the Official Sweepstakes Rules. If there is any conflict between these rules and the Official Sweepstakes Rules regarding a sweepstakes promotion, the Official Sweepstakes Rules will control.
Nothing in these rules is intended to limit or waive any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
