This document sets out Bitsky.bet’s rules governing cashouts, redemptions, and platform-specific gameplay. It is divided into two parts: Cashout & Redemption Rules (governing Sweep Coin redemption generally) and Platform Rules (governing redemption of winnings from supported third-party Platform Games; in the event of any conflict between the two, the Platform Rules govern solely with respect to Platform Games). Both Parts are incorporated into, and should be read together with, the Terms and Conditions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Rules is subject to the dispute-resolution provisions of the Terms and Conditions, including the requirement of individual binding arbitration and the waiver of class actions, as described in Section 5 of the Terms and Conditions. Cashout & Redemption Rules
1. Cashout and Redemption
1.1 Minimum Redemption Requirements
a) Players must:
• Pass full identity (KYC) and address verification
• Redeem only to an account they personally own
b) Requests not meeting these requirements will be denied.
NOTE: The maximum payout for any winnings generated from promotional credits or bonus plays, where no initial deposit has been made, is strictly limited to 25 SC. Any balance exceeding this amount at the time of redemption will be forfeited.
1.2 How Sweep Coins Work
a) Unplayed Sweep Coins
• Must be used in at least one sweepstakes game
• Cannot be redeemed
b) Redeemable Sweep Coins
• Won through gameplay
• Eligible for Prize redemption
c) Gold Coins cannot be redeemed for cash or prizes.
1.3 Redemption Limits
a) Standard and VIP Tier Limits
• Iron – Gold: Maximum redemption limit of $2,500
• Platinum – Sapphire: Maximum redemption limit of $5,000
• Emerald: Maximum redemption limit of $7,500
*Redemption limit increases (above $7,500) are not guaranteed and are granted exclusively to players who meet the following criteria:
• Maintained an active account in good standing
• Demonstrated a consistent deposit and gameplay history
• Have no history of violations, abuse, or fraudulent activity
All requests remain subject to final review and approval at the sole discretion of Bitsky.bet management.
b) Florida Limit
• Maximum value of a Prize from any game outcome: $5,000
• Wins above this limit will be reduced to $5,000
c) Excess Amount Handling
Amounts over the limits may be:
i. Reduced
ii. Voided
iii. Forfeited
d) Why Limits May Change
Limits may be adjusted due to:
i. Banking rules

iii. System integrity

1.4 How to Redeem a Prize
a) Players must:
i. Log into Bitsky.bet
ii. Navigate to Redeem
iii. Choose payout method
iv. Enter requested amount
v. Upload documents if prompted
vi. Confirm payment details
vii. Submit request
b) The redemption will enter the verification queue.
1.5 Processing Times
• Bitsky aims to process redemptions within 8 hours.
• Processing may take up to 1 business day depending on:
i. Verification requirements
ii. Payment method
iii. Banking or crypto network delays
iv. Request volume
• Crypto payouts are often faster.
• Bank/card payouts may require 1–3 business days.
1.6 Why Redemption May Be Delayed or Denied
Requests may be paused or rejected if:
i. KYC cannot be verified
ii. User attempts to redeem Unplayed SC
iii. Payout account belongs to someone else
iv. Suspicious or duplicate accounts are detected
v. Required documents are missing
vi. SC were obtained improperly
vii. Player is in a restricted state
viii. Account has compliance flags
Depending on severity, account closure may occur.
1.7 Important Notes
• Sweep Coins are not currency and have no real-money value
• SC and Prizes are non-transferable
• Bitsky may request new verification at any time
• Redemption requests cannot be reversed after processing
• Any attempt to bypass rules may result in account closure
1.8 Finality of Prizes
a) A Prize is officially awarded only when:
• The review process is complete
• All verification requirements are satisfied
• Payment is successfully issued
b) Bitsky’s decisions regarding eligibility and prize redemption are final and binding.
2. Eligibility to Participate in Contests and the Free Game of Chance Promotion
2.1 Excluded Jurisdictions
Entertainment video games and promotional games for which there is an entry fee and no prize of merchandise, money, or other value useful outside the game are open only to persons who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of participation and are otherwise eligible in accordance with the posted rules specific to the game.
No-prize games involving any entry fee, and promotional games, are available only to persons who live in and participate from the United States, excluding restricted states.
2.2 Other Terms of Eligibility
2.2.1 Age Restrictions
Notwithstanding any status as a paying participant in entertainment video games, no prize from the promotional game is awarded to winners who are younger than eighteen (18) years of age.
This also applies to participants from excluded states or jurisdictions where awarding a prize based on promotional game results is prohibited or restricted.
2.2.2 Account Ownership
To be eligible to receive a prize, each entrant must be the registered owner of the email address identified in the entrant’s account with an internet service provider.
Participation from an email address other than the entrant’s own is void.
In case of dispute regarding the identity of any winner, the winner shall be the person in whose name the email account was opened.
To avoid disputes, email confirmation is required during registration.
2.2.3 KYC and Verification
Participants may be required to complete KYC verification when purchasing additional Sweep Coins.
The KYC process validates:
• Name
• Address
• Date of Birth (DOB)
• SSN
OFAC screening will also take place.
Participants must ensure their name matches their government-issued ID and that their address is current.
If verification cannot be completed online, documents may need to be uploaded securely.
Bitsky Customer Support is available 24/7 for assistance.
2.2.4 Ineligible Persons
Employees, agents, content providers, advertisers, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to participate.
2.2.5 Legal Restrictions
a) Participation is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
b) All federal, state, and local laws apply.
2.2.6 Right to Disqualify
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify and block any participant who fails to comply with this Agreement.
2.2.7 No Refund Policy
By consenting to the Terms of Use & Service Agreement, participants acknowledge that the platform is not obligated to provide refunds for any reason.
2.2.8 Grounds for Disqualification
Participants may be disqualified or blocked for:
i. Misrepresentation of eligibility
ii. Attempting to impair website functionality
iii. Using proxies to bypass geographic restrictions
iv. Attempting fraud
v. Failing to provide requested eligibility affidavits within 30 days
vi. Misuse of message boards
vii. Using multiple email accounts
viii. Any act inconsistent with game integrity or Sponsor reputation
2.3 Promotional Free Plays
2.3.1 Issuance of Free Plays
From time to time, the Sponsor may credit eligible participants with Free Plays as:
i. A standalone promotional award, or
ii. Part of, or in substitution for, prizes from tournaments, prize drops, missions, bonus wheels, or other promotional mechanics
2.3.2 Game Designation
The Sponsor may:
i. Designate specific game titles for Free Plays
ii. Set the applicable play level
2.3.3 Maximum Winnings
Unless otherwise stated, the Sponsor may impose or adjust a maximum aggregate winnings amount for Free Plays.
Any winnings exceeding this limit will not be credited.
2.3.4 Rule Compliance
All SC Game Rules, including verification and eligibility requirements, apply to Free Plays.
Misuse, transfer, or trading of Free Plays will result in forfeiture and may lead to account suspension or closure.
3. Betting Limits & Account Compliance
Your maximum and minimum betting limits are determined by your Total Purchase Amount. To maintain a fair gaming environment, users must adhere to the specific bet ranges associated with purchase level.
To keep your account active and safe, please follow these maximum bet limits:
• Under 500 Purchase: You can bet any amount up to 49.
• If you purchased 500: You can bet any amount up to 99.
• If you purchased 1,000: You can bet any amount up to 199.
• If you purchased 2,000: You can bet any amount up to 299.
3.1 Rules
• You are only allowed to bet within the limits of your specific tier.
• If you try to bet more than your limit, your account will be automatically “Soft Banned.”
• If this happens, your account will be locked, and you won’t be able to bet until we review your account.
4. Bonus Abuse & Redemption Policy
At Bitsky, we are committed to providing a fair and enjoyable gaming experience for all players. To protect the integrity of our platform, we actively monitor gameplay for patterns that may indicate bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional offers.
4.1 Wagering Requirement
Purchased SC packages require a minimum one-time wager before they become eligible for redemption. However, meeting the wagering requirement alone does not automatically qualify your winnings for redemption.
4.2 Monitored Gameplay
Accounts that show signs of using low-risk or minimal-risk wagering strategies — primarily to convert purchased or promotional SC into redeemable SC — may be flagged for review. This includes, but is not limited to, gameplay focused on:
• Rocket Dice XY
• Plinko
• Baccarat
• Blackjack
• Mines
• Any similar games where wagering behaviour indicates an attempt to circumvent the intended purpose of our promotions and gaming platform.
4.3 Compliance Actions
If our Compliance Team determines that bonus abuse, promotional abuse, or exploitation of our redemption system has occurred, Bitsky reserves the right to take any of the following actions:
• Reject pending redemption requests.
• Convert disputed redeemable SC balances into non-redeemable SC, requiring additional gameplay and wagering before redemption eligibility is restored.
5. Updated Redemption Eligibility Requirement
5.1 Additional Requirement
To maintain a fair environment for all players, an additional requirement is now in place. In addition to satisfying the applicable wagering requirements, players that have purchased packages at discounts of more than 20% must achieve winnings equal to at least two (2) times the value of their purchased SC package before a redemption request will be eligible for processing.
(Effective also for players who fit the Bonus Abuse Policy Segment 4.2)
5.2 Example
Purchase amount: 100 SC Minimum balance required for redemption review: 200 SC or greater
5.3 Non-Compliance
Players who do not meet this requirement may have their redemption requests declined, and applicable balances may be returned as non-redeemable SC for further gameplay in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
6. Our Right to Refuse Service
6.1 Platform Protection
As outlined in our Terms and Conditions, Bitsky reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity, refuse service, reject redemption requests, and take any necessary action to protect the platform, its promotions, and the overall player experience.
7. Player Agreement
7.1 Acknowledgement
By creating an account and using our services, all players acknowledge and agree to abide by these rules and any future updates to our Terms and Conditions.
7.2 Our Commitment
Our goal is not to restrict legitimate winners. We want to ensure that our promotions and redemption system are used as intended and remain fair and sustainable for all players.
Legal Notice

THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES, INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES AND COSTS, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
“SWEEP COINS,” PROMOTIONAL ENTITLEMENTS, PRIZES, AND USER ACCOUNTS MAY NOT BE TRANSFERRED PERSON-TO-PERSON.
ANY ATTEMPTED TRANSFER WILL RESULT IN ACCOUNT TERMINATION.
Platform Rules
1. Platform Redemption Requirements
At Bitsky.bet, only winnings earned through gameplay on Platform Games are eligible to be converted into redeemable Sweepstake Cash (SC). Platform Games include third-party game environments such as Juwa, GameVault, and others that are supported by the site. The same rules and redemption structure apply across all platforms. It is important to note that the redemption limits are cumulative and apply across all games collectively, not individually. For example, your limit is shared across Juwa, GameVault, and any other linked platforms.
There is a limit to how much you can convert from Platform Games into redeemable SC. Players are allowed to convert SC into redeemable SC from Platform Games (which may vary with the VIP level of the user). Additionally, there is a daily redemption cap which will be shown on your account for platform redemption, meaning the total SC you can redeem in a single day from all Platform Game conversions cannot exceed this amount.
To redeem SC that has been converted from Platform Games, your account must be fully verified. This includes identity verification through official documents and may require confirmation by a support agent. Furthermore, you must have made at least one deposit of a minimum of five dollars. Redemption requests will be denied if these conditions are not met.
Redemption is strictly prohibited if a user has multiple accounts or attempts to redeem SC from ineligible sources. These policies are enforced to maintain the integrity of the system and to prevent misuse of platform features.
Lastly, Sweepstake Cash that has been converted from Platform Game winnings is not interchangeable with Gold Coins and cannot be transferred, traded, or sold under any circumstances. If no deposit has been made in a platform game, a user cannot claim winnings from the remainder/in-game bonus balance. Each user is responsible for adhering to these guidelines, and violations may result in forfeiture of funds or account suspension.
2. Withdrawal Conditions
• For deposits of 25 SC or more on off-market games, the withdrawal amount will be equivalent to 2x (two times) the total deposit made.
• For deposits of less than 25 SC, the minimum withdrawal begins at 50 SC.
Note: Withdrawal limits may also vary depending on your VIP Tier. Higher tiers unlock greater withdrawal limits.
