Alternative Method of Promotion Entry (AMOE)
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
Eligible participants may receive promotional Sweeps Coins or Free Plays without making a purchase by following the mail-in Alternative Method of Promotion Entry ("AMOE") described below.
Eligibility
The AMOE is open only to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry, excluding residents of California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New York, Tennessee, Washington, and any other jurisdiction where participation is prohibited by law.
Participants must have an active Bitsky User Account operated by ABAR LLC ("Bitsky").
If you do not have a User Account, you may create one free of charge at https://www.bitsky.bet/.
Step 1 - Create or Maintain Your User Account
You must have an active Bitsky User Account and be the authorized account holder of the account associated with the AMOE request.
The name, email address, username, and residential address provided with your AMOE request must match the information associated with your Bitsky User Account.
Step 2 - Prepare the Outer Envelope
Use a standard, white, unlined, unfolded #10 envelope.
Handwrite the following mailing address on the front of the envelope:

The request must be mailed from the same state as the verified residential address associated with your Bitsky User Account.
Step 3 - Prepare Card
Use a standard, white, unlined, unfolded, one-sided card.
Handwrite the following information in the exact order listed below:
Your full legal name as shown on your government-issued identification.
The email address registered to your Bitsky User Account.
Your Bitsky username.
The residential address registered to your Bitsky User Account.
The applicable promotional-entry statement below.
Your signature and the date in MM/DD/YYYY format directly beneath the statement.
For Sweeps Coins
Write:
"Promotional Entry! I wish to receive Sweeps Coins to participate in the [MONTH] Promotional Contest offered by Bitsky. By submitting this request, I declare that I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by Bitsky's Terms and Conditions and Official Sweepstakes Rules."
For Free Plays
Write:
"Promotional Entry! I wish to receive Free Plays to participate in the [MONTH] Promotional Contest offered by Bitsky. By submitting this request, I declare that I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by Bitsky's Terms and Conditions and Official Sweepstakes Rules."
The entire Request Card must be handwritten, clearly legible, and completed using a single ink color.
Only one (1) Request Card per envelope is permitted. Writing must appear on one side of the card only.
Step 4 - Mail Your Request
Apply sufficient postage and mail the completed request to the address listed above.
For each valid and accepted AMOE request, the participant will receive their selected promotional credit:
One (1) Sweeps Coin (SC); OR
Five (5) Free Plays at play level 0.20, where applicable.
No purchase is required to submit an AMOE request.
Bitsky does not provide status updates while AMOE requests are under review.
Bitsky is not responsible for requests that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, damaged, improperly addressed, insufficiently stamped, misdirected, or otherwise not received.
Each request will be governed by the Official Sweepstakes Rules in effect as of the applicable postmark date.
Bitsky may update or modify the AMOE process in accordance with applicable law and the Official Sweepstakes Rules.
Prohibited AMOE Submission Methods
AMOE requests must be completed personally by the participant.
The following are prohibited:
Typed, printed, copied, or computer-generated Request Cards.
Pre-printed or stamped information.
Automated handwriting or handwriting-reproduction methods.
Third-party services used to prepare or submit AMOE requests on behalf of a participant.
Any method intended to circumvent the handwritten-entry requirements.
Requests that do not comply with these requirements may be disqualified and may result in account restrictions, suspension, or termination where permitted under the applicable Terms of Use and Official Sweepstakes Rules.
Common Reasons for Disqualification
An AMOE request may be disqualified for reasons including, but not limited to:
Participant does not meet the applicable age or residency requirements.
Participant resides in or mails the request from an excluded jurisdiction.
Participant does not have an eligible active Bitsky User Account.
The information on the Request Card does not match the participant's User Account or government-issued identification.
The request is typed, printed, copied, stamped, or computer-generated rather than handwritten.
Multiple ink colors are used.
The handwriting is incomplete or illegible.
An incorrect envelope or index-card format is used.
Required information is missing or provided in the incorrect order.
The card contains writing on both sides.
More than one Request Card is included in an envelope.
The request is mailed from a state different from the participant's verified residential address.
In any dispute regarding the identity of a participant or whether a request complies with these requirements, Bitsky will make the determination in accordance with the applicable Official Sweepstakes Rules.
Other Ways to Receive Free Promotional Sweeps Coins
The promotional rewards described below are separate from the mail-in AMOE and may be available to eligible Bitsky users without making a purchase.
Daily Login Rewards
Eligible Bitsky User Account holders may receive free promotional Sweeps Coins through the consecutive Daily Login Reward program.
The current reward schedule is:
Day 1: 0.25 SC
Day 2: 0.30 SC
Day 3: 0.35 SC
Day 4: 0.50 SC
Day 5: 0.75 SC
Day 6: 0.75 SC
Day 7: 1.20 SC
Rewards must be claimed once per eligible day, and only one Daily Login Reward may be claimed per account per applicable day.
If a user misses a required consecutive-day claim, the reward cycle may reset and begin again at Day 1.
Upon completion of Day 7, the reward cycle may restart from Day 1.
Daily Login Rewards are subject to eligibility requirements. Reward values, availability, timing, and the structure of the reward cycle are subject to change.
Wheel of Fortune Rewards
Eligible Bitsky users may also receive free promotional Sweeps Coins through the Wheel of Fortune based on their applicable VIP tier.
The current Wheel of Fortune reward structure is:
Iron & Bronze: Bronze Wheel - up to 10 SC
Silver & Gold: Silver Wheel - up to 20 SC
Platinum and above: Gold Wheel - up to 40 SC
The Wheel of Fortune is a promotional reward feature and is separate from the mail-in AMOE.
Wheel rewards are subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Reward amounts, availability, frequency, qualification requirements, and Wheel configurations may vary and are subject to change.
No purchase is necessary to participate in eligible free promotional reward methods described in these Official Sweepstakes Rules.
